About AMI
Anna Maria is a seven-mile-long barrier island located to the south of Tampa Bay and north of Longboat Key.
Famous for its laid-back old Florida vibe the island’s three-city municipalities each have their own distinct character.
City of Anna Maria
The City of Anna Maria occupies the northern end of the island and is home to the Gulf-front property, Sundowner Beach. Within walking distance, you’ll find The Sandbar Restaurant, the much Instagrammed Bean Point beach, Pine Avenue shops, and both City Pier and Rod Reel Pier, with its charming pier restaurant.
Holmes Beach
CVS and Publix, the island’s only large grocery store.
Located in the center of the island is Holmes Beach, you’ll find excellent shopping, numerous restaurants!
Bradenton Beach
At the southern end of the island, Bradenton Beach has a lively atmosphere with many bars and restaurants centered around historic Bridge Street.
